I have been to see Wendy before and received a good haircut for a fair price. I feel like this time however she didnt pay attention to what I wanted (trim with long layers). She didnt section my hair or seem to care about the cut and took a lot more than I wanted off. I'm not very happy with my haircut at all as there are very short layers which doesnt suit my face or curly hair even though I had told her my preferences.

Salon was full of people without masks, while I had my hair washed some customer without mask was leanong so close to me just to talk to the hairdresser - I had no personal space. She used AN ALREADY USED TOWEL FOR ME, all of the hair brushes were full of hair and I am just hoping that the comb she brought from somewhere was clean. She cut my hair quickly, but uneavenly. Was this worth £23? I would rather pay £10 extra and won't be scared abiut getting lice or whatever. WILL NEVER COME BACK.
