Overall a pleasant experience, I was early but ended up being seen 20 minutes after my appt time. The haircut I received however was flawless and you can tell that the hairdresser was confident and very well crafted in her skill. I was disappointed by the hairbrushes as they haven't been cleaned and it made me feel uncomfortable. Otherwise a great experience.
