Michelle was so great - cut my hair perfectly. I have been traumatised by other hairdressers doing such a poor job, but Michelle has helped renew my faith in having a hair cut! would really recommend her. I've finally found a hairdresser I will come back to.... thanks!

If I could I would give 0 stars. Very unprofessional hairdresser. Let's start with that my hair felt horrible after that wash, not sure if conditioner was even applied as I have high quality microbead extensions on. She never put any product to condition or protect my hair. My hair has never been this pulled and turned in a salon. I have been to many salons but this was pure disappointment. She had an attitude when she was blow drying my hair, kept pulling and that clip every time was scratching my scalp. Blow dry looked very poorly done so I asked her to flat iron it as it just didn't look appropriate. I can do better at home. Then she flipped at me saying that I have booked blowdry online that I will need to pay more, which for me isn't a problem to pay extra can't even remember extra 4£ which is just a joke for such a service. That's why I booked at the webpage that I will pay at the venue, because I assumed that I will probably need to pay more because I have long extensions. Money was never an issue but an attitude leaves remarkable after feeling. An other thing, brushes looked disgusting and dirty, full of dirty hair and floors looked dusty and dirty too. Last remark, throughout my appointment there come some "friend" I'm guessing and she clearly had some hair problems or alopecia not sure what was that, but she used to brush her dirty hair and put it back and the hairdresser just used that filthy brush on my hair!! That's so disgusting!!! I just wanted at that point to leave as the whole experience was unprofessional. Meanwhile pick better subjects while you have a client otherwise you will end up not any very soon.
