Having slipped a disc over 3 weeks ago and suffering with osteoarthritis I saw Adele for a deep tissue massage. I floated out of the room. The following day I almost forgot I had been suffering with excruciating pain. Her deep, sound knowledge, experience and expertise clearly work in harmony with her calm, relaxing and genuinely caring approach. I sing her name to the rooftops.
