Since having reiki with adele im sleeping like a baby. I am better at controlling stress and I made up with my brother who I had a lot of resentment towards. I feel amazing while on the treatment and after. Will continue to see adele for a long time.

Adele was an absolute pleasure! She was very attentive and took the time to really understand how she could relieve the tension in my back and shoulders and head. She also suggested exercises for me to do daily to help stretch out my shoulder and neck muscles. Thank you Adele for all your healing help.
