Sergi was really professional and polite. The treatment started few minutes later than anticipated and ended right on time. I’m sure for other people this would be an excellent treatment. However with my back which is very tensed, I felt the massage didn’t do much. He did explain I should come in for a few sessions but I felt same before and after the session.

I loved the massage.
As for the facilities for disability, I wasn’t given the option of a lift in the reception area when I came in. So I had to go downstairs in crutches. On the way out the therapists kindly offered to use the lift as an alternative- for my safety. I really appreciated it! Thank you!
