Overall a good post race sports massage. Sergii was polite and listened to my needs. Specifically I had a hamstring strain and tightness on lower calves, so he focused on that.

Conveniently located at the Light Centre Sergii really knows his stuff. Really got the stiffness out of my back and legs. Two days later I still feel dekinked! I strongly recommend Sergii especially if you have msk issues.
