I booked in for a full head of highlights, after a discussion we went for changing my base colour to some slightly lighter, as my greys are coming through quicker(awesome). Then Kelly put highlights through the front, as I am renouned for changing my mind a week later. I am really chuffties with results and am greatful for Kelly (and Erin's) knowledge and input. Thanks a million x
