Remi was lovely but the wax was one of the weirdest experiences ever. The room isn't private enough for a bikini wax, with just a strip of black paper over the door and nowhere to change. The wax was far too hot and I was left with burn marks both sides and was also left on too long so the treatment took a really long time. Not all the hair came off so not that thorough either. Shame as Remi is so warm and welcoming!
