Remi, the therapist was lovely and professional. The application of the lashes was pain-free and very relaxing. Unfortunately, the lashes haven't lasted as well as I had expected them to - with around half having fallen off after a week. This is probably due to my use of a few oil-based products (e.g. my night-time face oil). Overall, the treatment was great, but I'm not sure I'll be getting these again (also because they aren't ideal for wearers of glasses; the lashes brush against my lenses).

Remi was super professional, polite and helpful. The room isn't the most obvious space for a wax treatment, but the overall experience was good.

Remi is awesome! I've had my lashes done so many times and didnt even realise the different options available. She took the time to talk about length, curl, colour and style! Maybe it's just me but I didnt realise you could get brown eyelash extensions :), they look so full but natural. They are the best I've ever had and will definitely be going back.

The little room was a bit of turn off, felt very small and claustrophobic. Other than that the beautician was nice, friendly. The wax it self was ok, I had a lot of ingrowing hairs which hasn't happened before.

Remi was very friendly and chatty and the reception area of the building is fantastic. The treatment room itself is quite small and cramped and doesn't have a very professional salon feel to it.
