Remi is lovely and really professional, and she put me at ease instantly for my treatment! The treatment itself was excellent and fairly painfree, due to the fact that she uses hot wax. Maybe one thing I would mention is the treatment time should be longer because I think my treatment overran, but it could be a one off. The staff at the venue were nice as well. I shall definitely be re-booking!
