Chrissy was brilliant. She took out a lot of knots in my shoulders and back. It was also very relaxing and I would highly recommend her! The only issue I had was that whilst the room was relaxing and she played calm music, I could hear the loud music playing from outside. It was unnecessarily loud and I would suggest they lower the volume.

Excellent as always! Chrissy is extremely thorough and detailed with the service- deep cleansing facial. She steams/extracts like a pro and is not afraid to look for blackheads and dig deep to get them out! This is why I go to her- she does a magnificent job & you can trust that she does her best for your skin & gets all the gunk out! Thank you Chrissy! 10/10
