The atmosphere was completely spoilt by banging, drilling and a vacuum clear being used. I wish I was joking.
I was relaxing by the pool and staff entered a room right next to the pool making a lot of noise banging. Then later there was drilling and later still a vacuum. It really spoilt my experience. I assume there was a problem, which I understand, but no one said anything to clients.
The facilities are okay, there are not many places to relax out of the main area but it was okay,
Nice spa for a good price in London! Shame they didn't have a jacuzzi and we didn't bring slippers as they mentioned they would be provided but were out of stock. We had massage and facial which were both great. The women's changing room is quite small though. Overall, would recommend
The spa staff is welcoming and gentle, towels are provided, but bathrobes and slippers are only received if you are staying at the hotel or booking a treatment. We can benefit from fruit, juice or water. The atmosphere is very relaxing, first of all because there is no music, the light is darker which makes you relax more easily.
That's exactly what I need when I get out of work!
Sometimes I pamper myself with a treatment and I am completely happy.
Good for the price and the available facilities. It says free refreshments (fruits and juices), but all they had was orange juice and apples.
