This spa is by far the best I have been to in Manchester. Instantly calm, welcoming staff & excellent facilities. 100% you must visit & have a treatment!
Lovely relaxing spa facilities. Staff were friendly and my Swedish massage was excellent. Would highly recommend.
hotel was amazing staff wasnt very nice, staff were quite rude, staff the where more ruder than the customers, I didn't stay there because the staff where taking over the customers right of payment and rights of being able to stay for the whole day at the accommodation Spa nd was telling me to leave the accommodation staight after I had my massage when really I have the right to finish and stay and se the lesuire centre and insight my whole day if I pay for the service I have the right to stay until the finishing time of my lesuire is over the Leisure I'm referring to is using the Swimming and Leisure facilities after my massage the staff ruined my whole occasion
Had the most amazing time. It was very relaxing and would definitely go back again!
Was a good experience to embrace, the atmosphere is calm and the facilities are worthwhile. Would recommend at least trying it out but would not return again
