This was a perfect relaxing day and didn't feel that busy even on a Sunday. I liked the relaxation area in particular.
Lovely ambiance and enjoyed the facilities, treatments and afternoon tea. There was a lack of toilets for the number of people there which resulted in queuing but one was out of order so should hopefully not be a problem on future visits
The Rasul treatment wasn’t what was expected and the treatment itself was 15 minutes late. However the staff were more than helpful
We booked a champagne afternoon tea, 50 minute rasul treatment and had full use of the spa facilities (for two). The facilities in the spa were fantastic, the swimming pool was large and the hot tub was lovely. I did notice a small amount of dirt at the bottom of the swimming pool but this was only minor. The sauna and steam room were great. The afternoon tea had a great selection of sandwiches, and good vegetarian options. However the champagne wasn’t brought out with the food so we had to ask for this, and although this arrived promptly it was just cava in a plastic champagne flute. This was quite disappointing and ‘cheapened’ the lunch a bit. The rasul treatment was also quite disappointing, it was just a private steam room but with a small pot of mud to apply on your body. Despite this we both thoroughly enjoyed the day, it felt very luxurious and we will definitely return.
Nice spa, excellent afternoon tea and lovely relaxation room. Relaxation room was not supposed to be included for the Rasul Spa day experience but this was included due to a mix up with my booking - overall experience including relaxation room was good but without the room it would have been lacking. No loungers by the pool.
