Delightful & Rejuvinating day at the Midland Spa. Everything was perfect from the dark lighting, champagne afternoon tea, relaxing music and the service was super attentive too. You feel relaxed as soon as you walk in.
Only slight negative is that it was quite busy on the day we went and there were a couple of loud people around the spa and relaxation room. Nothing that ruined the experience though!
Sauna wasn't working. Thermal shower very poor, almost unusable. Staff rude and inattentive. Rasul room not very private.
Lovely spa. Clean facilities and the pool and spa are just lovely. The afternoon tea was tasty and there was so much! Would recommend
