I arranged for the rasul treatment and afternoon lunch for my girlfriend as a surprise when we were visiting Manchester for the week, the spa were most helpful from the booking stage via email to the day, we were explained everything and the treatment was an experience very intense, but really enjoyable, I would visit the spa again and could not praise them enough.
Lovely spa, lovely staff, delicious afternoon tea. Treatment really relaxing but disappointed that it didn’t last a full 60mins, went in 5-10 minutes late, waited too long for therapist to start treatment leaving actual treat time being 45 minutes.
A very relaxing treatment and in a lovely spa. The facilities are well maintained and the atmosphere in the spa is calming.
I love this spa, by far my favourite place to come. The relaxation room is fantastic as was the massage. Can't recommend this spa enough.

Lovely spa and facilities, loved the swinging pods in the relaxation lounge, as well as the various relaxing areas.
Had an Indian Head message which was so relaxing I think I fell asleep!
Would have been great if I had a fresh dry clean robe after my treatment, as mine was still wet from using the pool beforehand.
All in all, a good day spent at the spa!
