Spa was lovely and staff were really nice however the treatment was not worth what we paid for it. It was a self treatment so wasn’t relaxing like we thought it would be.

Lovely spa day, great atmosphere, lovely food. Staff very attentive and polite, facial I had was amazing. Only thing that let it down we’re the robes and towels - little bit shabby but otherwise very relaxing day.

Staff seemed lovely if a little disorganised. Massage was great and very relaxing. There was only the relaxation room to go in to sit and unfortunately the people on their phones, having loud conversations and using the pods as 'walzers' ruined this space. There were no refreshments offered except for water and no snacks available which makes for a long day. The service for our lunch was awful (admittedly they have offered us the chance for 2 of the 3 of us to come back for free afternoon tea).
