The Midland Hotel is lovely. The only complaint I have was the person didn’t seem no much about our treatment so we were unsure how to do it properl other than that we had a good time.
Absolutely stunning spa day only have one tiny fault- the jacuzzi was cold the whole time like freezing :( other than that it was perfect
Amazing relaxation area really provides you with a sense of tranquillity,loved the pool and shower experience. the reception staff at the spa were very attentive and made the day a lovely experience. I had the serenity sleep treatment which was lovely however the hot stones massage wasn't very flowing as the therapist kept breaking contact to get stones and not many stones were used. Treatment is supposed to last 55mins however I think it was shorter as therapist left the room for a a long time for me to get changed and again to get me water at the end so I'd say I was in treatment room for the allocated time but only having treatment for around 40mins. It was still a lovely treatment never the less. Afternoon TWA was served in the spa cafe so you can stay relaxed on your robe which is a nice touch however the young girl that served us afternoon tea wasn't very professional and could be seen sat on the floor on her mobile phone and gossiping in view through the door. We had to ask her twice for a teaspoon for our tea and in the end we gave up and used the end of a knife. Overall though the day was amazing so she could be overlooked and I would return again as the positives defiantly outway the cons .
