on entry I was impressed, the relaxing area was perfect as was the steam, sauna rooms and the Jacuzzi. i was really looking forward to a massage though and thought the Rasul included one. i thought 50mins was a longtime for the whole Rasul experience, i personally can't stay in a steam room for too long...would have much preferred a 50mins massage!
As there was afternoon tea included in the price, i thought it'd be necessary to mention my partners dietary needs - no dairy! i wasn't pleased that the menu had been stripped down completely, we were left with plain chicken sandwiches, which i thought could have been accompanied with salad or even half of something for me...
Overall it was a NICE experience with some very nice staff members.
The spa its self was really nice and relaxing however the treatment its self was not worth the price paid.
Really good value for money. A 55 minute treatment, use of the spa, gym, pool, relaxation areas all day and a really good sized afternoon tea taster. Such a relaxing day! The only down side was that there was a group of women being really loud in the relaxation area but obviously sometimes this can't be helped.
A wonderfully relaxing day. Food was delicious and the deep tissue massage was amazing. Will be returning.
