The Midlands spa hotel was just utterly lovely from the moment we set foot though the door! We could smell all the amazing aromatic scents that welcomed us. The staff were polite and informative the layout was beautiful and we loved how private and personal the whole experience felt. The treatments were so relaxing and exceeded our expectations and got us in the mood for pampering and relaxation. I highly recommend this wonderful and tranquil place to anyone! Whether it's as a group, a pair or even a lone as a treat to yourself. We will definitely be booking our next visit soon!
Amazing place. Afternoon tea was also very lovely. Massage and relaxation rooms are a definite 10/10. The rasul mud chamber got too hot. The steam was a little overpowering compared to other spas i have had this treatment at. Wouldn't recommend that part of the day. However the rest was fab
An amazingly tranquil experience. Great staff location and treatment. I had a healthy platter which was lovely however a little on the small side but I have just started a diet! (go for the afternoon tea if you attend )great spa!!
