Lovely relaxing spa day in the new spa. All very nicely decorated, calming, and the staff were great. I had a facial, massage and body wrap.
The atmosphere and facilities are excellent. The thermal facilities and relaxation spaces are lovely. Everything was very clean. I had a hot stones treatment which was very good too - the therapist took the time to find out what would work best for me. They were very professional in catering for my dietary requirements (Coeliac) and it is convenient that the spa cafe is located within the spa rather than the main hotel restaurant. I will definitely be returning!
Good venue but facilities are quite limited compared to other spas. Really need to have water around spa as jugs were always empty and cups were dirty. Lunch was nice and chill out room was good. Treatments were ok.
