Lovely treatment from a great therapist. Emily provided me with a lovely massage and the afternoon tea was yummy too. Think the best thing about this spa is the relaxation area. Love the hanging cocoons! Iv been to better spas with more facilities and with the jacuzzi not working I had to rate it 3/5. If you want a spa in town this would be the one to go to but they need to up their game to complete with others in the north west in terms of facilities

This was our first ever spa experience and we didn’t know what to expect - but we certainly expected more with this £200+ price tag. Everything apart from the mud steam and massage we could have accessed at our gym and the hot tub was out of order the whole of our visit - despite being told that it was “being reopened in 15 minutes” as we were being shown around.

Lovely spa. Quite small- not a lot of facilities- just one sauna and one steam room. Staff lovely. Afternoon tea was delicious
