Disappointed with the level of service. I have been to a spa before but it was my mums first experience. We found staff unhelpful especially when it came to the treatment. We was unsure of what to do and ended up leaving half way through and I wouldn’t recommend the rassul treatment to anyone. Lovely facilities and very clean. We might try again and have a different package next time.
The place was very clean, staff helpful and the afternoon tea was good. The Rasul experience was not worth the money - basically like having a steam room with some mud on you. If I came again I would definitely want a different treatment for the price eg facial/ massage.
This is the best spa in Greater Manchester by far, this was our third visit as nowhere elses comes close!
amazing day at the midland , beautiful place went alone for some ultimate me time and could not fault it
