Very easy check-in, the facilities were clean and all functioning at the time, including the sauna and steam rooms. My only feedback is that the shampoo/conditioner they provide in the showers was not great, and I was not expecting the pool to be so shallow (1.2m)
Spent the afternoon with my daughters relaxing in the spa, we all had a body and face massage. Fabulous experience
This place is a hidden gem and with some minor tweaks (heat the pool more and improve the cleanliness- not bad but jacuzzi needed a good scrub as did the waterfall shower near the sauna). Staff were absolutely lovely and the facilities were good- no loungers by the pool a shame but has sauna, steam room, small tiled room you can sit in near the pool, jacuzzi (needs a refresh/clean) and hammam along with a ‘quiet room’ by the spa. Had a nice lunch and the massage was superb, I will return!
