A really nice, personal experience. Visited and had a spa day for my partner's birthday, and the venue made sure it was extra special for us. The massage and facial were great - already planning another trip!

Spa was lovely and clean with good facilities and a decent sized pool for being in London. Massage was brilliant and as it was my friends birthday they treated us to some complimentary cake, which was a wonderful treat after our treatments! Only niggle would be although I booked a half day package, the spa booked is in for evening appointments which then caused a bit of a hassle trying to rebook for earlier in the day. Staff were very accommodating to change this though. We had a lovely time.

this was a great experience, with the ease from booking through to the spa facilitates which you can use before and after treatment. I would highly recommend both the site and the spa. Looking forward to going again.
