The hotel and the manager was amazing. We had a few issues with the booking but the manager was able to sort it out which I was impressed by. However, while receiving my massage the lady spoke to me way too much which stopped me from enjoying my massage. But apart from that its a really good hotel.
The spa was very busy. Sauna and steam room were closed. Pool side chairs were all occupied by towels.
Everyone was crammed into the jacuzzi.
We were unable to enjoy the experience or really use any of the facilities. It was disappointing to be honest. We were not offered robes. Didn't get to leave the changing room/spa area.
We left within an hour of arriving. The staff member that checked us in, checked us out and didn't enquire as to why we were leaving so soon.

Enjoyed my visit. Wet spa facilities were closed but this is only because of the corona and the spa is only following the guideline. I have made a new booking for express massage and really looking forward to it.
The spa facilities did not work. The receptionist said the jacuzzi will be working within 30 mins which was not true, it took over 2 hrs. When we asked the staff when will the jacuzzi open, he just replied "later" and walked off, which we found to be quite rude. Additonally, not all of the foot spa machines worked and none of the experience showers worked. Therefore, we paid £50 to use the swimming pool which was not even relaxing as there were kids screaming in the pool. Will not be returning.
