Lovely relaxing family spa day before a crazy New Year’s Eve. Staff were attentive, treatment room comfortable facial and massage were both excellent. Nice quality products and attention to detail . Had to wait a long time for our lunch but it was delicious.
Highly recommend it.
The temperature in the steam room wasn't high enough. We raised this and were told it was fine and no action was taken. Other guests were commenting bon the same.
Other than that the experience was very good.
Lovely spa treatment rooms & really friendly staff but gave 4 stars as overall it is let down by the pool area & sauna which are not to the same high standard.
The treatments were great, but the seating area was very cold and there was no where to go and relax, no Prosecco was offered even though it was included in price. Bar menu very limited and hotel restaurant closed at 2.30pm so we had to leave hotel to get lunch. Reception staff not very good.
The spa was very nice I booked this spa for my partner and myself for are birthdays. The spa was very quiet not to busy the staff where very polite and kind. The spa had all the facilities
