Holly was so chatty and did an amazing job! I'm very picky with how my nails are done especially with Shellac, so have happily found a great place in Leeds

While the salon was great, the service received certainly was not. I ask for a very natural balayage colouring only to have my roots dyed jet black and strictly the top layer of my hair highlighted.. the job looked unnatural in every way. I asked for a natural dark blonde and got yellow with an added bonus of roots significantly dark than the ones I had. The next day I had to a second salon to have it fixed because I was embarrassed of how my hair looked. As if the colouring wasn’t already bad enough, I left the salon with brown dye on my face and neck which I had to scrub off with fingernail polish remover when I got home. Complete waste of time and money. For £90 I expected better.

I went to Renaissance after a bad home dye job and Jade was an absolute miracle worker! She took the time to talk me through my different options to get my hair back on track to the style I wanted and the result is absolutely lovely. All the brassy tones have completely gone and my hair feels in great condition and there’s no sign of my previous work!
