Had a really good experience today at Renaissance. Sat down with stylist Jacob and showed him what I wanted, it was a incredibly ambitious request of going from dark brown almost black hair to a blonde balayage. Jacob straight away explained to me that to get the desired look I want would take multiple visits if I wanted to keep my hair at the hip length it’s at and in good condition, and if I was okay with not getting my desired look straight away. He then brought out a colour chart to show me roughly what I could expect from the first session and once I was happy with that he proceeded with the balayage. It was so nice to have a stylist be completely honest with the limitations. The overall process took maybe just under 4 hours because of how long my hair is, but I’m amazed at just how light Jacob managed to get my hair in one sitting and how patient and precise he was when applying the lightener! I felt well looked after the whole time I was there, it didn’t feel rushed even though the salon was busy and even though we couldn’t get my hair to what I wanted today, I’m so happy with the result so far and even happier that I haven’t had to sacrifice any length! Considering the amount of bleach my hair had on it, it feels and looks so healthy, these guys really know what they’re doing!! I will definitely be coming back for the rest of the sessions I need to get to my final wanted look because I’m seriously impressed at just how well they have done my hair! Thanks to the Renaissance team, you’ve managed to make the ‘inbetween stage’ of lightening hair look pretty amazing!!
Nice salon in heart of Leeds. Really take care of you and ask you what you want to ensure you're happy with end result. Nice head massage on hair wash too!
Staff very friendly and welcoming. Had a hair cut by jade- would definitely recommend - listened to what I wanted and ended up with exactly the cut I went in looking for. Nice relaxed environment, will be returning!
