Jacob was great talked through the process and what would be best with my hair been so short.
My original stylist was off sick but they kindly accommodated me and did a fab job!!

Renaissance has quite a chilled out low-key atmosphere. It was really quiet during my appointment (a Monday), and I was styled by Jacob. I didn't feel rushed, and Jacob was friendly and talked me through everything he was doing. My haircut was about two inches shorter than intended, but it's still a nice cut, just need to get used to it!
