On arrival the salon looked lovely lady at reception was very nice and accommodating however Adam needs to learn how to cut fringes as I was growing my sides out they have now been cut straight across and far too short I am so upset I almost left the salon in tears and only went in for a fringe trim!
Jack was amazing, I haven't had my hair cut in a long term and didn't really know what I wanted. He gave me his advice and was very friendly and reassuring.
Lovely salon with a great head massage but music was a bit upbeat for the relaxing nature. Happy with the haircut and will return.
Very happy with my haircut! If I had been offered sth to drink it would have been perfect!
