Loved my haircut and style done by Lizzi. She made me feel very comfortable and cut my hair perfectly! Great atmosphere - will definitely be coming back soon.

I've been here a few times and love the salon. The staff are always really friendly and I always like my hair.
That being said... I phoned to make sure they had an appointment for the time I booked for on treatwell (as I've booked before and they haven't had me booked in), and the lady who I spoke to seemed slightly annoyed on the phone that I was booking through treatwell and not direct and told me that they charge them 20%.
When I left the salon I think the same lady gave me a card directing me to book online next time through their website.
Whilst I understand it's frustrating to part with 20% of the takings for a treatment, as a customer it works out cost beneficial for me to book through treatwell with the vouchers they send out. Therefore, if you do not want customers to use discounts on treatwell... please remove the salon from the website as opposed to making it awkward for the customer.
I'll continue to use treatwell to book as it works out cheaper but I don't think I'll be booking here again as this made the process slightly uncomfortable for me.
