There was a confusion with the time of my booking but they were still very accommodating and were able to move things around to squeeze me in. I don't think if your appointment is changed by the venue / wahanda, that you should be notified by email only as it doesn't make sense to assume that somebody can make a totally different time especially without them confirming with you that they've even received/seen the email. This has happened a couple of times with Wahanda / treatwell at different venues, I'm not sure if it's an error on Treatwell or the venues part but you shouldn't be able to make an appointment (and pre-pay!!!) if it isn't even available. That being said, the staff were all lovely as always and did a great job with my hair! Thanks xx
The time and stylist got changed from my booking, but apart from that, all was good! Starting to get less nervous about people I don't know cutting my fringe!
