My stylist was on the salon phone when I arrived.? Reception duty due to two staff members down I was told. Wasn't even offered some water to drink. After consultation was lead to the crowded 3 sinks...the basin I was offered was full of dye bowls and brushes which my stylist moved before my shampoo. After blow waving my hair she began to take off my gown and had not even touched my fringe. I told her so she put the gown back on. I had to point missed places out. I didn't feel like I had just been to the salon. My hair had too much fudge on it and I cut my hair myself when I got home. The stylist did have a lovely personality but I won't be making another appointment sadly.

Hair was done lovely but was over charged. My hair is shoulder length and was previously informed this was priced at a short hair not long hair price!
The staff we're so friendly and I left with my hair looking lovely. There had been a mix up and my appointment was double booked but the guy couldn't have been more helpful. Would certainly go back.
First visit to the salon, whilst I had to wait a little while past my appointment time I would recommend this to anyone. I didn't mind the wait too much, but was given a complementary treatment anyway, which was lovely. Really happy with the cut. The staff were all lovely and welcoming.
