Treatment started on time and was really quick but thorough at the same time. Louise was very friendly and professional and I was delighted with the end result. Will definitely be returning to Renaissance.

Overall not a bad experience but I did notice quite a few missed hairs when I got home so I had to finish the job myself. Otherwise top marks!
