Good atmosphere and Lizzie was lovely. Did what I asked for and pleased with the results of my hair cut.
I really loved my experience at Renaissance. I was a little early to appointment but was still seen and seated straight away. My hair dresser (Lizzie) was fab, really kind and chatty. The jr who washed my hair gave a lovely little head massage during the condition. The salon was fine, tidy and spacious, but nothing too beautiful. I wasn't really sure what I wanted my cut to be, but Lizzie was great at understanding my mumbo-description. The final result was amazing. I would absolutely use them again, discount or no discount.
Staff were lovely and nice open place. I like the cut but I did have to get her to do a bit more as it wasn't level! I'd go again.
Louise was great - She made me feel relaxed, comfortable and the massage was great! I ended up getting my eyebrows tinted and waxed too - Will definitely be going back- thank you Louise!
Brilliant colour & trim by Lynsey this week. I found this salon a couple of months ago when my previous stylist moved away and I'm so pleased! Lynsey listened and gave me a great colour and cut the first time and even fitted me in at short notice for my second appointment - Fab customer service!
