The staff and the environment were lovely. However, I asked for an all off wax and there was still lots of hair left afterwards

The Swedish massage was nice and relaxing however had paid for 45 minute manicure which only lasted 30 mins. upon checking after appointment the 30 min express manicure is £10 less so feel a little short changed

My mother loved her birthday treat. The treatment and care by the staff was lovely and supportive. However she feels that her neck didn't receive as much massage as she thought she would have received and is still painful. However she appreciates that one visit is not enough and that the swedish massage is for overall neck, shoulders and back. I appreciated the massage I received. It certainly showed which areas I need to work on and I appreciate the knowledge shown and shared.
