This was my first visit to Renaissance and sadly I won't be returning. I'm deeply concerned about the lack of any visible hygiene measures here - my beautician didn't wash her hands at all, the toilets were a literal building site and there was no consultation about allergies.
My eyebrow wax and tint was really well done - exactly the style I wanted, efficiently done and almost painless.
I'm okay about my eyelash extensions. Having them attached was grim - had to keep prising my eyelids apart as they were gluing together. The lashline is uneven and obvious, I have to apply makeup to them to even them out - exactly what I wanted to avoid for a couple of weeks. They're not really what I wanted and look a bit homemade.
