I felt uncomfortable when I arrived at this salon as the two assistants stared at me and did not seem particularly friendly. After chatting to the assistant who tinted my eyelashes for a while she became friendlier. However, I am not happy with the eyelash tint as my eyes keep getting bits in them and the skin underneath my lower lashes looks like it has mascara on it. The same assistant did my nails. The choice of colours was limited and I wasn't impressed by the way I had to squash my hands into the drier. I was left with two very shiny thumbnails, while the rest of my nails look smudged. Overall, the assistant did her best and it is not her fault that the facilities left a lot to be desired. The price for treatments is cheap, so you get what you pay for. This is my first experience of a nail/beauty salon but I will be selecting my next one more carefully. It was useful to be able to book online, but I would advise people to visit a salon first to check cleanliness etc.before booking treatments.
This was mine and my daughters 1st visit to the salon. After using a mobile stylist for some time we decided to try Renaissance after recommendations and am not disappointed.
The ladies are very friendly and professional however feel they are somewhat rushed due to such limited time slots and almost feels like a conveyor belt system. Our appointments were both started later than booked time due to clients being in before us but with that being said it was worth the extra wait.

the tan is ok from a distance. over all colour is really good but hands and feel look aweful! The room was dirty and the girl just stood there watching my undress which i wasnt too bothered about but i can imagine other people feeling uncomfortable about that.
It was not a salon experience and i dont even think the girl was qualified but then for £10 you get what you pay for.

Love the massage, and the facial...therapist is well mannered and nice. Place could have been better, but i think the place is under renovation. but the treatment room is clean and tidy and relaxing which is the main thing. i would recommend and would like to go back
