Renata was so welcoming and knowledgeable. I booked a last minute appointment as I had a crick in my neck that day and was in agony. Renata took great care to help me loosen my neck and advise me in stretches. She was firm but made sure not to hurt and my neck was looser than when I went in and has continued to improve. I will be back again next week for sure!!
