Asked for a toner because my colour washed up due to my hair being red underneath and I used the wrong shampoo and I left the salon a happy girl after my hair was made brown again and the colour had stayed nice

My hairdresser was lovely and the salon had a great vibe, everyone was very friendly. The only thing I would say is it was a little chilly - but it was a very cold day so maybe not their fault 😅
