Visited with a very tight neck and shoulders, couldn't really turn my head to one side fully. Had a 30 minute treatment and felt great left with slightly more movement and tension relieved.

I have been having the Cryotherapy chamber at Renuvenate for nearly a year and it really improves my arthritis. It only takes 3 minutes but the improvement it makes is amazing. I would highly recommend for anyone suffering with arthritic pain to give it a try.
