Renuvenate is the place I have been looking for for ages! So glad to have found it. I had the sports therapy with consultation and from start to finish it was professional, friendly, helpful and the treatment is probably the best I have ever had and I have been to many places including deep tissue massage, physios, osteopaths trying to help with my various muscle and running injuries.
Edward was brilliant. What I liked about him is he actually spent the time to listen to my problems and asked really good questions to help decide what the best treatment was. I will definitely be a return customer and can not recommend this place more highly for whatever massage / treatment needs you have!

Tobi and Edward are excellent. This was my second deep tissue massage with Edward and the improvement in movement and reduction in soreness has been significant.
Edward always checks on pressure and intensity and is able adjust accordingly.
The biggest compliment I can give is that I’ll definitely be back!
