Physiotherapy
Tobi and Edward are excellent. This was my second deep tissue massage with Edward and the improvement in movement and reduction in soreness has been significant.
Edward always checks on pressure and intensity and is able adjust accordingly.
The biggest compliment I can give is that I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing service I suffer with knee pain as a play tennis and I found the acupuncture to very helpful. Customer service was also amazing, I had to move my appointment last minute due to a family issue and they were very accommodating

The Renuvenate is very client focused. Each treatment is based on your specific areas of concern. I have visited them a few times and each time I come out feeling 100% better than when I went in. The care of the staff is unbelievable and their attention to detail is 1st class! I would always recommend!
