A really good deep tissue massage. Oyin has great interpersonal skills and during the session she communicated effectively with me to identify my needs. The environment was relaxing and she applied to right amount of pressure to remove knots and release the tension in my body, so much so that results could be felt during the massage. It’s been a few days since the massage and the pain I was feeling is no more.
