Very welcoming on entering the salon no waiting either. Taken to the chair explained what I wanted and offered a coffee whilst the colour was being put on . Satisfied with colour and cut as usual

Had a bleach and tone done by rebecca. I ended up with beautiful grey hair with very little brakeage (my hair was damaged). Good vibes in the salon and everyone chatty
