I was I Cardiff to attend a wedding and I wanted a wash and blow dry. Having fine hair I wanted body in my blow dry. How disappointing, lacked body on one side and stuck up on the other. The stylist had little or no interest in conservation of any kind and appeared to have great difficulty in understanding my Northern Irish accent . A total waste of my time and money as I had to re do it myself
