Mnager there promised me I could go around 5.30 to 5.45. Two days later than my first visit there, I arrived at 5.40 because I couldn't make it earlier as I explained in my first visit. The person who needed to do my hair was gone and I was told to wait for her to come back. I waited for 20 min and then I was told they didn't have time to do my hair I needed to come back next day at the same time. I said I couldn't make it and it would be the same. my treatment was £36 when I got their manager said the it would cost £48 because they cut after the perm so my hair was on my shoulders not short. I refused to pay and opted for just a hair cut then the manager said she would get into trouble but she would do it for the money booked. My hair cut was good my perm was fine but when I asked for a blow-dry the assistant said she didn't understand why I wanted a blow dry when I just had a perm and to have tongs it would be another£24 for curly Discusting
