I asked for layers. The hairdresser told my hair was dry,colour damaged, frizzy and it was curly, thin and a lot more. I hadn't coloured my hair for 6 months, it had a lot of split ends. I have poker straight hair, doesn't frizz. I wasn't comfortable at all but needed a cut. The lady washed my hair then dried it and this is where I got worried as she started to chop away at my hair when it was dry. My past hairdresser have always layerd my hair before drying. My hair is terrible now.
